1. Scope

These terms apply to DanceClock, provided by the operator identified on this page. The app offers alarms, wake-up tasks, sleep reports from Apple Health, nap timers and night-rest sessions. The first App Store release is free, requires no account and offers no paid subscription or cloud sync. You can contact us at the support email shown on this page.

2. Alarms and Wake-up Tasks

Before use, allow system alarm permission and confirm the next alarm schedule shown in the app. Alarms with tasks schedule a limited number of backup reminders, which are removed for that occurrence once the task is complete. Dismissing the system alarm, device conditions, permission changes and simultaneous alarms may affect how it works. An emergency stop remains available during tasks. Use the alarm test and task preview to familiarize yourself with the controls.

3. Movement tasks

Tasks such as dancing use the camera to recognize movement on your device. Choose tasks and repetition counts that suit you, secure your phone, and allow enough space around you. Movement recognition is affected by the camera view, lighting, and obstructions, and must not be used to assess exercise form. If movement is difficult or inconvenient, use another task or an alternative way to end the alarm provided by the app.

4. Sleep reports

Reports come from Apple Health records you allow the app to read. Your watch or other sources collect and estimate the data; the app organizes and displays it. Data may be delayed, missing or lack sleep stages. No records does not mean no sleep. Reports are for viewing personal records and trends, and do not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical monitoring.

5. Naps and night rest

Nap and night-rest timers start when you tap to begin. Their duration does not measure actual sleep and is not written to Apple Health as sleep data. Both enter full-screen rest after confirming a separate system wake-up alert for the selected time, without changing your regular alarms. You cannot collapse an active rest to browse other app pages, but you can press and hold End at any time to cancel its wake-up alert and save its record. You can add 5 minutes to a nap. Pausing, changing or scheduling a fade-out for night-rest sounds does not cancel the wake-up alert.

6. Data and sharing

See this app's Privacy Policy for on-device data processing and permissions. Feedback, copying, and sharing are initiated by you. Review the content and recipient in the system share sheet or email composer. Don't send sensitive information unrelated to your issue.

7. Use and app updates

Do not use the app to infringe others’ rights, interfere with their devices or bypass system security. Rights to the interface, brand and code belong to their respective owners. Features may change in updates. Changes to data use, permissions or pricing will be explained in the relevant features and updated notices, with your consent requested where needed. Using the free first release does not mean you agree to future paid services.

8. Contact and feedback

For help or questions about these terms, prepare feedback in Me → Contact and feedback and contact us at the support email shown on this page. You confirm sending in your email app. Please include only information needed to explain the issue; passwords, identity documents, camera images and complete health records are not required.
